Provisional Program and Information for Participants
|
Go to NATO Science Web Page This NATO Advanced Research Workshop (ARW) is listed on the NATO Science Program web page at the address: http://www.nato.int/science/e/calarw.htm |
The abstracts of the papers and several of the papers are available here as they are sent by the lecturers and participants.
Number of working days: 3. Please note: the correct dates of the ARW are October 24-26, 2001, not October 25-27, 2001, as on the web page mentioned above.
Field of the ARW: APPLIED SCIENCES AND ENGINEERING
Expected number of participants: 28 to 32. Participation in the ARWs is by invitation only. It is the policy of NATO to encourage a balanced number of participants from NATO Countries and from Partner Countries.
Instructions for speakers: Participants are expected to make short presentations of about 15 minutes each. A key objective is to have deep and detailed discussions.

The editors of the volume are the two Directors of this ARW, together with Prof. T. Fukuda. The information to authors has been already distributed to the participants in the ARW. The volume is expected to be published in less than one year after the ARW.
